Making a purchase
Use the links from the home page to browse our product range and ‘add’ the items you want to your shopping basket. When you have finished click on ‘view shopping basket’ where you will see a list of the items you have chosen. You can update the items and see our postage and delivery charges. You have the option to continue shopping or make payment. If there is any reason why we would not be able to dispatch orders then we will tell you on this page.
If you choose to print the order and send it to us with payment you will need to fill in your details after the order form has been printed. The form tells you where to send it and who to make the cheque payable to. We will dispatch the order on receipt. If after dispatch the cheque does not clear through the bank we will contact you for an alternative method of payment.
If you choose ‘online checkout’ you will complete your details. Once you have done this click on ‘email order and view payment options’. This page will show the order number and details of your purchase are emailed to you. Online payment is via PayPal. We will dispatch the order when we receive the order and confirmation that payment has been successful. If we receive your emailed order without notification of payment we will contact you.
We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. If you do not receive this within 2 working days of placing your order please contact us.
Postage, packing and delivery
UK deliveries are posted free of charge where the order value is over £15.00. A charge of £1.50 will be added to UK deliveries where the order value is £15.00 or less.
Where parcels are sized for Letter or Large Letter, delivery will be by Royal Mail (First Class). For larger parcels, delivery will be by courier and these may take up to 3 days to be delivered to you.
Please contact us for delivery charges outside of UK.
If all of the items are in stock I will post your order to you on the next working day. Out of stock lines can be substituted, refunded or put on back order. If any of your ordered items are out of stock I will contact you by telephone or email before I dispatch any part of the order.
We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us.
When you receive your goods please check them as soon as you can.
If you want to return any or all of the items you must ring us on 01254 236049 within 7 days of receiving the goods. You are responsible for taking proper care of the goods whilst in your possession and re-packing them securely. You will be required to pay the cost of posting back to us and you should get a free proof of postage certificate from the post office.
In the event that any item is damaged or faulty you must ring us on 01254 236049 within 7 days of receiving the goods. A replacement or refund will be offered. If we ask you to return the faulty item to us we will refund your postage costs.
